Whoa, it’s been a long time since I’ve posted anything here. Sorry about that all, I’ve been see busy with end of term projects (which started around the beginning of April ish?.) Since my last post, I’ve: beaten DQV and wrote my mini-review for it (which I forgot to post,) gotten TWEWY and beaten it, gotten addicted to Europa Universalis III, started some manga series and finished others, and rewatched the ending of the Gundam Trilogy a billion times
I also got the Samsung N120, a nice little subnotebook.
Now that I’ve gotten that done with, time to talk about what I’m doing from here on. I managed to land a summer internship in Yokohama. The school I’m doing research at is the Tokyo Institute of Technology, with the most unfortunate acronym. I’m not exactly sure what I’m supposed to be doing there, but I think it will at least be some integrated circuit related stuff.
This is actually my first time going to Japan. I’m not really sure what there is to do in Yokohama. I think it might be the second biggest city in Japan, so there should be plenty to do. I think it’s only an hour away from Tokyo, so of course, I plan on doing things like go to Akihabara. Don’t worry, I’ll make sure to post plenty of pictures.
As far as games go, I’ll only be bringing my DS and PSP along. Since I’m not good enough to be able to play games yet, I probably won’t be doing a Summer of RPGs 2009. I could post of diary of EUIII, but I wouldn’t want to bore you guys. This might be a good time to pick up a PC version of Nobunaga’s Ambition X (or whatever the latest version is.)
Anyway, I’ll post pictures of my room when I get there, if I’m not totally exhausted by then (long flight.) Until then, ja!
