Do you like Gunstar Heroes? If yes, then Noitu Love 2 may be the game for you. The game is kind of like Gunstar Heroes, except with less shooting, and way more punching. It’s pretty fun, even though the demo, at least, was pretty easy.

The game is developed by Konjak, which most people have probably not heard of (myself included before this game was mentioned to me.) You can find his site here. He was kind enough to release a demo for his upcoming game. You can either get it from his site or download it here.

And she’s looking quite hawt. Her name is Angol Fear (アンゴルフィア). Those of you who have read Keroro Gunsou may notice that she has a certain semblance with a certain character from said manga, in both looks and name. ;) Maybe I should pick up the game to find out what their relationship is, hehe.

Dramas, ChineseMarch 16, 2008 6:37 pm

Recently, I had the chance to watch my third chinese drama: Demi-Gods and Semi-Devils, Tiān Lóng Bā Bù. I actually watched all 40 episodes in 5 days, clearly sacrificing sleep and schoolwork to watch as many episodes as I did. This may not seem special in any way, until you remember that a typical drama episodes is 40 minutes long (as opposed to 20) which means that I watched approximately 3 hrs and 20 minutes of the drama each day. Quite hard when you have four tests to study for.

Anyway, the story centers around a martial artist by the name Qiao Feng. To be frank, this guy is the definition of GAR, so there’s little reason to explain his character. At the beginning, Qiao Feng becomes the leader of the Beggars’ Sect, which few oppose since he is the strongest in all of China. There is actually a saying in China (in the story) “Mu Rong in the North, Qiao Feng in the South,” or something like that. Not like the directions are very important. You could say that things are looking up for Qiao Feng.

When I first say this manga, I was actually confused about who was the artist. This may be hard to believe, but I had originally thought that the artist was Asu Tsubaki, the mangaka of He is my Master. Yea, I know. It doesn’t take a very close inspection to see how wrong I was. The art styles are nothing alike.

After my misconception was… annihilated, I started looking into the manga some more. Thus I found out that Last Uniform was indeed not an ecchi book. (Come on, “last uniform”? What other kind of book could it be.)
