I happened to be browsing HOBBYSTOCK today when I found this figure. The figure is made by Toy’sworks as part of its PVC Solid Works line. This cute, little figure comes in two types: Ceremony version and Noir version. It’s slated for a March 2007 release. There are four more pictures after the jump (although, only two are really unique.)

She Monkey is a 40 page one-shot made by Kana Yasuhiro, an artist perhaps more famous for her manga Pretty Face than anything else. 15-year-old Ise Kunio travels to a deserted island in order to get the money his father forgot to send to the rest of his family. When he arrives, he meets a beautiful young girl, Monju, who he falls in love with at first sight. Later he finds out that she is more than she seems at first glance. This scanslation was done by KMTS and Furinkazan.

Buy.com is having this deal on a Cavalry External USB HDD. For $157, you can get a 500 GB. From the reviews I’ve read about it, the drive is pretty fast, but it also runs pretty hot. I’m sure that that won’t be a problem for most of you people (do any of you touch your drives regularly?) I’ll probably be picking this up sometime soon. You can find the deal here.

MIT has this thing called IAP. It’s basically a month long vacation from schoolwork. I decided to do two things with my break, 6.270 (an autonomous robot competition) and watching Chinese soaps. My favorite one was Return of the Condor Heroes.

If you downloaded the archive in the last post, you can probably tell that you won’t be able to open it. I was dumb and changed something that I shouldn’t have. To open the file, you have to change the extension to .7z first. Sorry I’m uploading a new version now.
