Believe it or not, I just finished watching the full series of Honey and Clover. I know it kind of seems late now that Honey and Clover II episodes are airing (actually, H&C II is my primary reason for watching H&C.) I’m really glad that I watched the series

I seem to be mysteriously acquiring vast amounts of material lately. I’m sure it has nothing to do with my recent expenditures on eBay. I think I did well scoring 6 volumes of Sgt. Frog (Keroro Gunso) for about $22 as well as receiving Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth, Lumines (which you already know), and Metal Gear Ac!d. I’d say that that was a pretty good deal. Despite being busy these past weeks, I have managed to scrap enough time to finish the all of the Keroro Gunso books I recieved.

To my great happiness, I found Lumines and other PSP games waiting for me when I got back to the campus. Since I still don’t have a memory stick, I’ve just been playing Lumines constantly when I’m not busy doing problem sets (and sometimes I use it to procrastinate.) In fact, I’ve been playing Lumines so much that my mental condition has become questionable. Sometimes, when sitting in class, I see blocks falling on the chalk boards. No only that, but I move them with my mind to create blocks to be destroyed. Furthermore, it is not uncommon for me to hear Shinin’ in my head (I’m actually hearing as I type.) I wonder if this is what addiction is like.

I must admit, at first I sucked at Lumines. Having not read the instructions, I thought the object of the game was to align four in a row, not to make boxes. To put it plainly, I doubt I got up to 10K the first time I played. My other times weren’t anything to write home about as well. My average score is probably around 48K, no where near abq level. On one lucky occasion, I got up to about 102K pts. I think I lost that one around level 48 or so. That means that I’m at least almost half-way to getting Lights. Something tells me I’m going to have a hard time besting either abq or Utada Hikaru (hopefully, I didn’t confuse Lumines with Tetris DS for which game Utada rocks at.)

The most important of all is my brand new ceramic white PSP. I must say that it is one sexy piece of machinery. So sexy, that I didn’t even think of buying a game when I won it on eBay (or anything else needed to enjoy a PSP.) So, right now the thing is pretty much useless, save for a few things. It’s a good things I’ll be recieving Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth, Lumines, Metal Gear Acid, and a GiB Sandisk memory stick pro duo, on eBay of course.
